Agreement and eligibility
By using Wildfire System Review or submitting content, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to provide the submitted content and evidence.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information, disclose relevant conflicts, respect the rights and privacy of others, and avoid uploading material you do not have the right to share. Do not submit account numbers, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
License to display submissions
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Wildfire System Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, reproduce, format, and publicly display the portions of an approved submission intended for publication—including authorized photos and video—and to use them to operate and promote the review service. You may request removal of a published review.
Educational information—not safety advice
Reviews are individual opinions and experiences. The site does not certify products, installers, designs, code compliance, insurance eligibility, or structure survival. Information here does not replace qualified, site-specific wildfire, fire-protection, engineering, building-code, or emergency guidance. Follow official evacuation orders and manufacturer instructions.
Moderation and availability
We may reject, edit for privacy or formatting, unpublish, or remove content under our standards. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every submission will be published.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Wildfire System Review is not responsible for decisions, purchases, installation work, property damage, injury, data loss, or other losses arising from reliance on user reviews or third-party products and services. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
